Due to the nature of our operations and the accessibility of our products (self paced learning materials) immediately upon purchase, there is a generous 15 day refund policy, which begins from the day the batch starts. The refund amount depends on the date of the refund request.

• Refunds initiated with 3 days - 100% Refund.
• Refunds initiated between Day 4 and Day 7 - 75% Refund.
• Refunds initiated between Day 8 and Day 15 - 50% Refund.
• No refunds after 15th day.

• Days are considered from the day the batch starts (including first two demo classes).
• Refund request is ONLY considered if it comes via email (to learn@socexperts.com). Email date will be considered to calculate eligible refund.
