What are NAT IP pools? what is the command to define pool?

A NAT IP pool is a set of IP addresses that are designed as a replacement for client IP addresses.

Again there two types IP NAT inside and IP NAT outside,  The " IP NAT inside source" means to inspect an incoming packet originated from an "outside" interface (configured as:IP NAT outside) towards an inside interface (configured as: IP NAT  inside) and act accordingly.
